Public Works Department

The Public Works Department is responsible for the construction, repair, and maintenance of City streets, sidewalks, storm drains, curbs, trees, buildings and related facilities. The Department consists of the City's Engineering, Transportation and Maintenance Divisions. The Department also provides private developments with oversight engineering review to ensure that these projects are constructed according to City specifications. The Department is not responsible for the Menlo Park sanitary systems, which are operated and maintained by a separate special district.

Hours

Maintenance Division:

Monday-Thursday: 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Friday: 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Alternate Fridays: Closed

Engineering, Transportation, and Environmental:

Monday-Thursday: 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Alternate Fridays: Closed
