Kelly Park is located in the Belle Haven Community next to the Onetta Harris Community Center and Menlo Park Senior Center. Recently renovated in 2011, Kelly Park has provided Menlo Park residents with a safe place to play. The site features a brand new synthetic turf soccer field with lights, full size track with four different exercise apparatuses, tennis courts, basketball court, and restroom facilities.
