Toddler/Resident: $1717 per month
Toddler/Non-Resident: $2318 per month
Early Preschool, Preschool/Resident: $1350 per month
Early Preschool, Non-Resident: $1822 per month

The City of Menlo Park offers a high quality childcare program at the Menlo Children's Center licensed by the Department of Social Services (License # 41400071). The program consists of a wide range of developmentally appropriate activities that foster a child's intellectual, social, and emotional well being in a warm nurturing environment. The center encourages parent participation through a parent group that builds a community from within.

Pre-Kindergarten Program

School Age Program (2011-2012)

The Menlo Children's Center- School-Age Program is licensed by the Department of Social Services (License #414002032) to provide care for children in Kindergarten to fifth grade. We provide transportation for children attending Laurel, Oak Knoll and Encinal school to the Burgess Recreation Center. Children attending other schools will be accepted, but no transportation will be provided. The Burgess School Age Program follows the Menlo Park School District calendar. Our Program provides a unique environment to facilitate the development of each child's physical, social, emotional, and creative growth. The staff promotes self-respect, confidence, creative expression, positive peer interaction and life long learning. Activities include inside/outside games, arts and crafts, cooking, open areas for exploration and a homework club for grades 1-5, nutritional snacks are provided. We also offer recreation and academic classes for an additional fee. Spaces are limited. Call 650.330.2262 for additional information.
