2. Adoption of a Resolution of Intention and introduction of an Ordinance to approve a contract amendment with the Public Employees’ Retirement System, providing for Section 21354.5 (2.7% at 55 Full-Formula) for local miscellaneous members
   
3. Authorization of the Public Works Director to accept the work by Alaniz Construction, Inc.
   for the Monte Rosa Traffic Calming Project between Sharon Park Drive and Sand Hill Road
4. Adoption of a Resolution approving the final map for the Royal Oak Subdivision located at 2122 Santa Cruz Avenue and authorizing the City Manager to execute the Subdivision Improvement Agreement for completion of development improvements
5. Preliminary approval of the Landscape Assessment Report
6. Storm Water Regulatory Fee
7. Approval of the naming of a new park on Hamilton Street (Hamilton Park)
8. Authorize the City Manager to enter into an agreement with Walter Levenson, Consultant
   Arborist in the amount of $90,000 for the Street Tree Reforestation Project
9. Adoption of a Resolution of Intention to abandon a portion of Willow Road plan line along the property located at 345 Willow Road
