Las Pulgas Committee

Appointed by the City Council in 1981, this committee advises the Council on the activities and programs of the City's Community Development Agency in the Las Pulgas Project area. Generally located northeast of U.S. 101, the Project area encompasses the Belle Haven residential area as well as bayfront business and R&D parks and the Haven Avenue commercial area. In addition it incorporates the substantially retail area fronting on Willow Road from U.S. 101 to Middlefield Road.

note: The Committee is to be made up of eight members total-- two homeowners who reside in the Project Area, two residential tenants who reside in the Project Area, two owners of residential rental property in the Project Area, and two owners or representatives of business in the Project Area.
