• Considers and grants or denies Use Permits and Architectural Control.
• Recommends action on Rezoning proposals and Conditional Development Permits.
• Takes action on Variances.
• Considers and recommends action on Environmental Impact Reports and Subdivisions.
• Initiates special area planning and rezoning studies; monitors the changing needs of the City in relationship to the General Plan as well as the recommendations of the General Plan amendments.
  

Schedule

The Planning Commission Regular Meetings are scheduled twice a month on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month. The Planning Commission Study Meetings are scheduled as needed and can be added to a regular meeting date or on an additional Monday. Please see the schedule below for exact dates.

The Commission meetings are held in the City Council Chambers and begin at 7:00 p.m. unless otherwise specified.
