The applicant, Pollock Financial Group (PFG), is proposing to convert an existing 48,400-square-foot office building from general office use to medical office use in the C-1 (Administrative and Professional, restrictive) zoning district. The project requires the following applications:
Use Permit: The conversion from general office use to medical office use requires a use permit in the C-1 zoning district because there are no permitted uses allowed in the district.
Architectural Control: Design review of the proposed exterior modifications to update the facade of the building.
Heritage Tree Removal: Remove heritage trees and plant new trees

The proposed project requires environmental review pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act. A Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) was prepared and circulated for comments. The Response to Comments (Final EIR) will be available on October 6, 2006.
